We are located in Burbank CA. Pickup options are available. We also offer delivery (at a small fee) in Los Angeles county. We offer premium or standard shipping for orders under $150. For items over $150 value, we only offer premium shipping. All items will be packages as needed to keep them in the best condition possible. However, we do recommend if you are local to pick up the wigs in person. Depending on order volume: Ground orders received by 3:00PM (PST), Monday-Friday, will be processed the same day and shipped within 48 hours. Priority and overnight orders will ship the same day if received by 3:00 PM (PST), Monday-Friday. All orders will ship within 48 hours, Monday-Friday excluding holidays, unless noted otherwise. Shipping prices are based on weight through Fedex & UPS algorithms.

Orders for rentals will be processed within 48 hours and be ready for pickup/shipping. Custom orders are typically ready in 2-3 weeks depending on the size and labor needed to complete the order. Rush orders are available upon request.

We recommend that you use 99% alcohol to gently clean the lace of your hairpiece. NEVER UE OIL BASED REMOVERS/CLEANERS ON LACE PIECES. Not only will this will create challenges when reapplying in the future, but the oils can break down and deteriorate the lace.
